Terms of use

These terms govern use of https://service-pilotfield.click and any review you commission from Service Pilotfield. By using the site or paying a deposit you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send files or pay a deposit.

Who we are

Service Pilotfield is the practice named on this site, contacting the public from Office 10, 72 Demo Street, London ZZ1 1AD. Email: hello@service-pilotfield.click. Telephone: +44 20 0000 5410.

What we supply

We supply professional reading and written packs about subscription revenue and related billing files. We do not supply software, hosted analytics, statutory audit, legal advice, or tax advice. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted by clicking.

Booking

A review starts when we send a written scope, you confirm it, and the deposit arrives. Start weeks are held only after the deposit. We may refuse work that needs statutory audit or that we cannot staff in Great Britain working hours.

Your files

You warrant that you may share the files you send and that personal data is limited to what the review requires. You keep copies. We are not a backup service.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, arrangement, and design belong to Service Pilotfield. The written pack we deliver is licensed to you for internal use, including sharing with your directors and professional advisers. You may not resell the pack or publish it as if it were a public report without our written consent. Your underlying data remains yours.

Liability

We take reasonable care in the reading. We do not warrant that every mismatch in a large event trail will be found. Our liability for a booked review is limited to the fees you paid for that review, except where the law of England and Wales does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or decisions you take after a readout.

Site use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in bulk. Content is provided for information about our reviews.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the site or a review are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere if needed to protect the pack or the site.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force for a review is the version dated on the scope we send you.
