Fees for a booked review
Fees follow the shape of the files, not a monthly seat. Here is how we quote a diagnostic, a leakage reading, a store join, and a board pack.
We quote after a short note about stores, volume of events, and the date you need a pack. Figures below are starting points in pounds sterling, excluding VAT where VAT applies. They are not a menu you can click.
Subscription revenue diagnostic
From £4,800 for one app, one merchant account, and a twelve-month window. The fee steps up when a second store family must be fully joined or when entitlements live in a system that has no export.
Cohort leakage reading
From £2,400 for one signup month followed through three paid cycles. Extra acquisition sources are quoted separately so the tables stay honest.
Store payout reconciliation
Often quoted on a day-rate of £850 after we have seen a sample payout file. A clean Stripe-only quarter is shorter than an Apple parent account with mixed currencies.
Board pack for recurring income
From £1,900 including a one-hour walkthrough. The pack uses your files; we do not invent a second set of books.
What moves a quote
- Number of stores and whether a reseller sits in the middle
- Whether refunds and chargebacks arrive as proper rows
- Redaction or legal review before files can leave your building
- A readout that must land before a named board date
What we will not sell
Monthly product seats, annual “unlimited questions”, or three coloured cards labelled as if this were software. Deposits are fifty percent to hold a start week, balance on delivery of the pack. See refunds for how money moves if plans change.
